You are required to have a background check which costs $9.99. Please note that if you have felonies or bank fraud charges, you may not be eligible to provide services. You are also required to take a Certification Course for the client you choose which will cost anywhere between $4.99 and $99. We offer Certification Course reimbursement up to $99 for qualifying agents (conditions apply)
There are several client programs that you can choose to partner with. These positions include sales, customer service, technical support, email support and chat support clients.
We have a very low IBO fee of $27.50 per invoice in addition to the fee our partner charges which is $19.75. We pay our contractors on the 1st and 15th of the month. WageStar Solutions covers business costs including bank fees, software costs, direct deposit fees and more. Our service fee allows us to provide you with support during your certification process and well beyond.
Your compensation can be as little or as want it to be. You choose the client that you want to service. Some choose their client for the compensation rate only. Some choose a client because they are open 24/7 and some choose a client that is super easy with less hourly pay. You set your own schedule and choose when and how much you work. Your paycheck is up to you! Client programs pay range is between $10.00 to $16.00 per hour
and bonuses where applicable.
Once you have joined our company we do expect all remote agents to enroll into a client opportunity within 15 days. If you need an extension, please contact us.
Certification is typically 4 hours per day at times offered in the mornings, afternoons and evenings to accomodate all schedules. Certification courses are held in a virtual classroom with an Instructor and other students.
Certification training is unpaid, however, some clients do offer paid training towards the end of the course. Certification training prepares you to take customer calls, policies, systems, etc. and is a one time investment in you, not unlike going to school or starting a small business. The only difference is that this takes a much shorter period of time and as soon as you pass your certification training you start making money right away.
